Question by : I am writing an ebook which I will convert into a PDF.. Need an ISBN..? However I am being advised that I have to buy a block of 10 ISBN numbers for $275. That’s expensive and I dont need 10. Is it possible to buy one ISBN number from a broker or from somebody selling them individually? Many Thanks
